Some good friends surprised us and bought us a membership to a local CSA for the first half of the summer. We get a box of products once a week. This was our first chest. Everything is amazing!

We have been sitting chickens for some friends who are out of town this week. So we were enjoying dozens of fresh eggs a day! 🙂

breakfast

Cereals, oatmeal, boiled/fried/scrambled eggs, vegan omelettes, yogurt

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches / rice cakes, peppers and watermelon x 2

Deli sandwiches meat/cheese, cucumber and apple x 2
